    I've been making this regularly now that I've saved the recipe in Yummly. My fussy 12yr old loves it. I put chopped spring onions on top but otherwise follow recipe. Too easy!

    This was absolutely delicious done just as the recipe instructions directed except I did press my tofu for about 40 minutes then threw in the sauce on top of the last batch of tofu for just like 30 seconds or so and then put it all together. Even did the cauliflower rice but I'm sure it would be great with whatever you choose to use. This will go into my rotation for sure!
