- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. tuna steak (Yellow Fin, pat-dried with paper towels)

- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (or peppercorn mix)
- 1 cup white sesame seeds (black &)
- 2 cups baby arugula (rinsed and dried)
- 2 avocados (ripe, pitted and cut into smaller cubes)
- 5 stalks scallions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded and chopped)
