I tweak the recipe by adding twice the portion of carrots and snap peas and broccoli or asparagus just to balance out the chicken. Don’t be shy with the garlic and ginger either. It’s now a crowd favorite.

Loved it. It was easy to make. Tasted better than take out. Easy ingredients to find. Used wheat fettuccine noodles in place of soba. We enjoyed the sauce.
