Made with 1.5 lbs of chicken and followed sauce recipe. Did have to use flour and corn starch mix as i ran out but worked well. Really delicious and will make it again. Served with hibachi veggies and brown rice.

Very very nice. I used a mix of dark soy and kecap manis, stir fried some veg - cappsicum, onion, snow peas bok Choy and added it to wok at the same time as the chicken and the I only used half of the sauce.

It turned so yummy . The kids were blown away !! I only used 1 egg white though for 550 gr chicken
