Loved this! Only thing for me was that it needed more veggies I added bell peppers, mushrooms, and water chestnuts served over brown rice and it was great!!

Not sure what to do to make the sauce darker without adding more sugar. I might have to use a darker soy sauce...

This turned out great, and you could use whatever vegetables you like to substitute for the asparagus. I did need to add more cornstarch to the sauce to get it to thicken up enough.

Everything cooked up great! The sauce didn’t quite thicken as expected: I guess the cornstarch should go in after the sauce is heated.

This dish was flavorful, fast and easy! This momma and toddler favorite will be added into our rotation for years to come!
