- 2 cups vital wheat gluten (I use Bob's red mill brand)
- 1 1/2 cups broth (veggie)
- 1/3 cup nondairy milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup aquafaba (*, you can sub a flax egg)
- 1 cup bread crumbs (I prefer whole wheat panko)
- oil (for frying)
- 1 lemon (quartered)
