Texture was good but it had a bit of an odd flavor. I think it was the basil, so I will omit it next time.

Really good and easy to make just not sure about the veggie broth when the seitan is sealed in cellophane 😊

This is amazing! My family loves it and I have made it three times already it is really good to slice and pan fry it before putting it in your sandwich. Lots of good flavors in here!!

As a roast it needed some type of gravy or sauce disappointing
I cubed the seitan and stir fried it with mushrooms rice and peanut sauce
Came out pretty good ( B ) still lacks seasoning. I'll use the rest of seitan in one of many
