- oil (for pan-frying dulse)
- 1 avocado (thinly sliced)
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced with a vegetable peeler)
- 1 blood orange (sectioned)
- 1 seedless cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch radish (cut into wedges)
- ginger soy dressing (Miso-, recipe below)
- 1 handful microgreens (such as radish, kale, or arugula)
- 1 Tbsp. furikake (recipe below)
- 2 Tbsp. miso (used 1 tablespoon white and 1 tablespoon red)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. mirin
- 1/3 cup nori (dried)
- 1/3 cup white sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1/3 cup toasted black sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup bonito flakes (lightly packed)
- 1 tsp. togarashi (optional)
