Would make again, made in instant pot was a bit gummy. Would reduce water next time

It was delicious! The recipe definitely doesn’t need additional salt and pepper in my opinion. The boullion cube and salted butter are enough.

I really enjoyed this rice The recipe was easy to follow and the rice came out perfect. I didn’t add the parsley

i wanted to try this because the seasoned rice from a box seems to be so high in sodium. I used roasted garlic grapeseed oil instead of olive oil and Jasmine rice. My family loved this so much, they were upset we didn't have more!
