Baked the fish, a little over at 15 mins. Suggest check at 10-12 mins.

Sounds great; however I have renamed it Whiefish with Marinade/Sauce o my purposes.

It's been my husbands favourite dish since I tried it several months ago. So easy and full of flavours! I leave fish in the marinade for several hours in the fridge and then fry it on the medium heat for 5 mins on each side.

Loved the seasonings. Wouldn't have thought to use cumin on my fish. Gave it a great taste. I used seasoning salt, egg and milk batter, and panko crumbs then pan seared with a lil olive oil. Will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks for sharing.
