  • 250 grams tuna steak (about 1 inch thick slice)
  • 2 dark soy sauce (tbps)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 ginger (sq.inch of, – finely chopped)
  • 1 shallot (Oriental Sliced)
  • pak choi (Optional – can be Chinese Broccoli, Choi Sum, Kai Lan etc)
  • onion rings (A sprinkle of Spring)
  • 1 slice red chilli
  • black pepper

    This was so simple but absolutely delicious. I added mushrooms to the shallots and chillis in the pan and poured it over the tuna .With spicy noodles, it was gorgeous.
