- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (cut into small chunks, optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (thinly, keep the green tips to use as a garnish, optional)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (Organic, it has fewer ingredients and carbs than non-organic brands)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
