    This was delicious! I used this method for scallops, then after removing the scallops, added a little soy sauce and sautéed vegetables in the sauce.

    Sooo yummy! I used less butter than recommended and used dried basil instead of fresh (about a tablespoon or 2). The flour made the scallops have a lovely brown color and a creamy glaze.
