Wonderful flavor combination! I brined the salmon for 15 minutes. I tried the cold pan method where you start it in a cold pan with no oil to let the fat come out (supposedly this cooks it really evenly). I added a bit of olive oil to prevent burning. I recommend using fresh salmon with skin because the skin crisps up nicely. Salmon could use heavier seasoning though, maybe even a marinade. It all tastes fantastic together but the fish itself is plain. Still really good!!
