- 100 grams black pudding
- 2 tomatoes (large)

- 1 onion (– roughly chopped)
- 2 anchovies
- 200 mL white wine
- 3 cloves garlic (– smashed and roughly chopped)
- 2 potatoes (floury, – Peeled, cubed and boiled until soft)
- 1 stick celery (– finely sliced)
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. coriander (– chopped)

- 2 pieces bacon (fried, optional)
