- 1 cup low salt chicken broth
- 2 chiles (large dried California, stemmed, seeded and torn it 1″ pieces, I find these in the Mexican section)
- 3/4 tsp. adobo sauce (from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, which I always have in my fridge)
- 3/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
