Great simple recipe, similar to how ahi is cooked on Kauai. Learned to love it rare on the island.

Delicious! I read previous reviews about peppercorns not popping so I gave them a little crush in a mortar and pestle to get the ball rolling. I also heated them in a dry pan, removed them, then added them back in after the oils heated up.

This was delicious! Although my peppercorns never popped! Very simple!!! Will definitely be making this often!
