This fish is amazing!!! I used half the salt because of the comnents. I served it on top of some grilled romaine romaine and vegetables. Fabulous recipe!! The seasoning is spot on!

This ahi recipe and the accompanying sauce turned out to be the perfect dish for an elegant Easter supper. Prepped the rub and sauce ahead of time so when it was time to do the sear on the fish, it came together very quickly. We added some saffron rice to the plate and all was done. All plates were empty and our bellies were full. Wish I could share a picture!

On my first go at this recipe I found it much too salty. I would forgo the salt in the rub entirely and just finish it off before serving with a dash of sea salt. Also would leave out the cayenne pepper; for me was a distraction.

Excellent ginger sauce! I didn't use1 cup mayo, just used a dollop. Tuna turned out perfectly done.

So delicious, and so easy. Yet it seemed like I had created a gastronomical perfection and presented it to my dinner companion. Can’t wait to repeat this many times
