- 3 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 bunch sliced green onions
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 lipton recipe secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- regular or converted rice (hot cooked orzo)

Directions
- Melt Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook green onions and mushrooms, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until very tender. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Add Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with milk. Bring to the boiling point over high heat. Stir in shrimp and scallops. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque. Serve over hot pasta.
