Really good! We used more broth and paste for more servings and added Tony Chachere seasoning.

I’m giving this 5 stars because I believe as written it deserves it. Having said that, I made this during the Covid 19 scare and I could not find fish stock anywhere. I humbly would consider myself a fairly average cook, and I made my own from scratch
In spite of myself I managed to pull this off and I’m pretty proud of how it came out I highly recommend this recipe and it lends itself well for substitution. For example, I didn’t have halibut but I did have cod if you are a fish eater, you’ll know that halibut is not worth the price if you’re going to change the flavor as much as this recipe does I also added scallops for a bit more chew. Try it! Nice job!

Yummy and super easy! Next time I would add chunks of corn or other veggies.
