- 1 tsp. light brown sugar
- 300 mL base (Soup)
- 100 grams cod (or Monkfish, boned, skinned and cut into chunks)
- 3 prawns (large, shelled)
- 6 mussels (in shell)
- 3 chestnut mushrooms (quartered)
- 2 Tbsp. spring onion (finely sliced)
- 4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped coriander (freshly)
- 1/2 fresh lime
