- 500 grams baby squid (cut in to rings)
- 500 grams cod (Rankin, in bite-size pieces)
- 500 grams mussels (fresh, cleaned)
- 3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 3 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (chopped, some for garnish, optional)
