- 1 cup clam juice (or chicken broth)

- 1/4 cup pinot grigio (or unoaked Chardonnay)

Delicious! I doubled the recipe, added a little more wine and garlic. There was plenty for the five of us with leftovers. It was a hit. Easy, flavorful, and plenty of broth for the pasta. A new favorite.
