Creamy, lightly cheesy, but did not overwhelm the seafood. We did a total of 24 oz frozen medium sized shrimp and it was just the right amount. I also added one diced red sweet bell pepper when sautéing the garlic for a little more color and flavor. Served with a side of fresh green beans sautéed in avocado oil and garlic, but a good side salad would also pair nicely.

Really good! I added extra shrimp and scallops but other than that kept it the same. Creamy and light!

It turned out great! I added extra shrimp and a jar of Ragu Butter Parmesan to stretch it more for my family’s appetite! They ❤️❤️ it. Thanks

Used 4oz cream cheese, 1/2 c milk, 123 c Parmesan, 1/3-1/2 c mozzarella. Sauté 2 tsp lemon pepper, 2 tsp season salt with garlic. Got really thick. Think I would add 3/4 c milk next time. Or add pasta water. Was good but rich.
