- 14 oz. fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 lb. shrimp (large, 21-24 per pound, peeled and deveined, with tails left on)
- 1 lb. mussels (rinsed and scrubbed)
- 1 lb. littleneck clams (rinsed and scrubbed)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

The perfect paella I am making again and going to use Cajun chicken sausage, added bay scallops and a little more heat
