  • 200 grams jumbo shrimp
  • 200 grams medium shrimp
  • 250 grams squid
  • 6 mussels (cooked)

  • 300 grams chicken (chunked)
  • 2 garlic cloves (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (peeled and grated)
  • 400 grams rice

    Directions

    1. In a large, wide skillet, saute the langoustines, jumbo shrimp, medium shrimp, squid, and mussels in a little oil. Remove from heat and set aside.
