- 1 lb. crawfish
- 1 lb. crabs (small “gumbo, ” or blue crabs or crab meat)
- 1 lb. large raw shrimp (cleaned)
- 1 pt. shucked oysters (optional)
- 1 cup chopped parsley (and/or chopped scallions for garnish, optional)
