- 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)

- 6 cups seafood stock
- 8 oz. meat (crab claw, picked free of shell)
- 1 1/2 cups beer (amber)
- 2 Tbsp. file powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama Original Blend)
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama Hot)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lb. shrimp (medium fresh, peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb. red snapper fillets (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- cooked rice (to serve)
