- 3/4 lb. large shrimp (reserve shells for stock, cut into thirds)
- 1/2 lb. white fish (firm, chopped into 1' pieces)
- 8 oz. crab meat (pound, picked through for shells)
- green onions (chopped, for garnish, optional)
