- 18 oz. bottle clam juice
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 lb. potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1/2 lb. salmon (cooked , coarsely chopped, I pan sautéed mine with some olive oil)
- 16 oz. mixed frozen seafood ("mariscada mix", thawed & drain juices)
- 10 oz. frozen corn
- 2 Tbsp. leaf parsley (chopped fresh flat-)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
