It was a hug in a skillet! I used regular 2% milk, and also added a shallot and 2 large cloves of garlic to the mushrooms, and I used a lot of baby spinach. It was a delicious meal, extremely quick and easy to prepare, especially since I had some leftover roasted chicken....despite it being Breast only, after the bake , the chicken was melt in your mouth. Added to my list of things I will do again and again
