My son and I are egg freaks. We have scrabbles eggs almost every morning for breakfast. I saw this and wanted to spice things up a little. They turned out very similar to how I already make our eggs. I guess scrabbled eggs are scrambled eggs lol.
I added parmesan cheese and thyme to mine. Turned out really yummy.
