Directions
- Add the eggs and beans in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan on medium heat and add the egg mixture.

A bit mild, but enjoyable, especially with some toast. The second time I made this, I replaced the vegetable oil with Pam to reduce the calories.
I will definitely make this again.
