so good! buttery and smooth, and cooked to perfection! ill never make eggs a different way! not as falverful as i hoped, but still very yummy!

the eggs were great! i didn't add any sour cream or chives, but i will just just to try it out. they were moist, and melted in my mouth. I'll never make eggs any other way!

Good stuff, had to make a homemade sour cream for this which turned out pretty good.

I have made eggs a la Gordon for years and they are perfect!!!! so easy and fluffy and delicious paired with avocado toast!!!
