yum.
i tweaked it a little by adding vanilla and substituting a little Greek yogurt for the 1/4 cup of additional milk. what i used from the yogurt was kind of a slurry of yogurt and whey so that it would combine. It gave the pancakes a sort of mild buttermilk flavor.
there was no loft to these though but they were so good.
