Really delicious. Made per recipe with addition of a bit more cream, red bell pepper for color and a bit of shredded mozzarella on top. If we didn’t know it was turnips would have thought it was scalloped potatoes. Will make again.

It’s one of the better turnip recipes that I have tried. We raised two EarthBoxes of white ball turnips, using the seed tapes from Park Seed Company. They produced some gorgeous, snow white turnips that deserved a great recipe. This one filled the bill.
I made one modification, I grated four ounces of Comte cheese and covered the top of the casserole after the cover was removed. I cooked it for forty more minutes and it browned beautifully. Thanks
