This was excellent. I modified slightly to cook the hollowed out half tomatoes for 30 mins with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Then I mixed up the breadcrumb mix and placed in tomatoes to bake. Baked another 10 mins. They were delicious. We would enjoy them again.
