The potatoes were crunchy the first time I made this. I now slice them and then pre-cook them before making this. Love the flavor.

It was really good. I added a little onion powder and garlic powder and about 1/2 teaspoon of thyme. The sauted onion, yes, a whole onion, really elevated this recipe.

Turned out great. I put it in a Dutch oven and added a couple of cups of frozen peas

Potato’s did not cook through in 60 minutes. Taste was great. Super easy to make! Will make again, just have to adjust time.

This was awesome! I made a few substitutions because of what I had on hand. I used one leek instead of the onion (highly suggest this!), 3 cups of milk with a roux (bc I didn’t have cream or half & half), and 8 oz of mozzarella for the cheese. My family scarfed it all down!

As someone who does not like scalloped potatoes, this is by far my favourite I have tried. Not to saucy and cheese adds a great flavour. Did not add any ham to the recipe. My guests loved it! Will make again.
