- 5 cups potatoes (600 g; 22 oz, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick, on mandoline or food processor with special blade)

We have had this a couple of times. Great for those nights you want something easy, fast and tasty. If you use your mixer to shred your chicken it's even faster!
