This is the best scalloped potatoes I’ve ever made! The flavor is phenomenal. This recipe is advanced to favorites rotation.

It turned out great! I did replace the cayenne pepper with white pepper and I also added 2 Tbls. of minced onions.
I will definitely make it again.
