- 3/4 lb. scallops (bay scallops, rough chopped)
- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled, deveined and rough chopped)
- 18 oz. crab meat (claw meat, 2-3 cans 6 ounces each, drained, you can also use fresh)
- 2 tsp. butter
- shells (checked Clam, or ramikens, four)
- stuffing mix
- 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs (fresh, 3-4 slices of white bread)
- 1/4 cup celery (fine diced)
- 1/4 cup onions (fine diced)
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/8 cup pimentos (fine diced)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (fine chopped)
- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 tsp. butter
- salt (checked, to taste)
- pepper (checked, to taste)
