- 1 cup coconuts (dessicated)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 1 stick lemongrass (crushed)
- 1/2 vegetable stock (a cube of, mixed with 2 cups of hot water)
- pepper
- salt
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 cm galangal
- 2 cms tumeric (or 1 tsp tumeric powder)
- 1 chilli pepper (use more if you like it spicy!)
- 1 shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
