- 2 lemongrass (white parts only)
- 300 grams cabbage (sliced)
- 130 grams long beans (cut into strips)
- 100 grams carrot (cut into strips)
- 1 brinjal (medium, cut into strips, pan fry and set aside)
- 2 tempeh (sliced)
- 20 grams water (Glass noodles, soak into, till soften)
- 8 tofu puff (halved)
- 500 mL water
- 350 mL coconut milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
