- 500 grams lean mince
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1/2 can tomato soup (concentrate)
- 1 diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. bbq sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. gravy mix (instant, I usually use roast meat or brown onion)
- 1/2 cup water
- salt

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker bowl
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6hrs
- Serve with mashed potato and fresh corn on the cob :)
- Tin soup can also be substituted with tinned or fresh tomatoes if you prefer
