- 1 dash black pepper (and nutmeg)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (I used home dried oregano)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (fresh)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (OR ricotta)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (OR Jarlesburg)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
