- avocado oil (for greasing pan)
- 4 cups butternut squash (cubed, peeled, deseeded, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 4 cups red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups red onion (sliced, cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch slices)

- 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
