- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (freshly grated)
- 4 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- Black Forest ham (optional)

- hot sauce (optional)
- waffle (Preheat your, iron. Again, the appropriate heat setting will vary for each different waffle iron, I used heat setting 4 out of 6.)

This is one of my go-to’s for breakfast for dinner. Fast, healthy, sneaks veggies in in a way the kids can tolerate. Love it!
