- 1 head iceberg lettuce (cored, and finely chopped or shredded.)
- 7 radicchio leaves (thinly shredded)
- 22 pieces sliced salami (pre-, from a package, thinly sliced into strips)
- 4 pieces provolone cheese (thinly sliced into strips)
- 8 pepperoncini (stems & seeds removed, and thinly sliced)
- 15 oz. garbanzo beans (can of, rinsed and left whole)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (or halved mixed baby heirloom, see tip below)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (plus a little extra for sprinkling)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (plus a little extra for sprinkling)
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed (with fingers)
- squirt (honey, to taste)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (to squeeze on top)
