Very easy to make even though I'm a new cook!
Tasted great except I didn't have any parsley. I wasn't able to make it brown or crispy but I think that's because I used too much oil. Will make again.

Very delicious! Cook until there are plenty of yummy browned pieces. I can't remember what meat entrée we had with this, because I ate seconds and thirds and fourths. My family will be eating a lot of squash from now on.
