- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (tamari is a GF soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 jalapeno (or Fresno chili pepper, seeded and thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. pepper (Korean, powder, optional)
